LIMITED LIABILITY
We Take every precaution to ensure the safety of your work. This may include, but is not limited to: film, prints, negatives, and slides. Even with our extreme care, experienced technicians and state-of-the-art equipment, accidents may happen. Submitting your work to NC TriColor Imaging for processing, printing, or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even if due to negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, or agent will entitle you the replacement with the like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of your work is without any other warranty or liability, and excludes recovery for any incidental or consequential damage.
FILM & PAPER
NC TriColor Imaging prints exclusively on Fuji professional paper. We recommend all C-41 Kodak & Fuji Professional Films. Our default paper type is Luster or E-Surface paper. Additional options include Glossy, Metallic & Matte.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am – Noon Friday. We have a drop-slot for your orders located on our front door. Orders received after 12:00 noon will be counted as being received on the next business day.
We will be closed for the following holidays:

Christmas Day until New Years Day
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Orders received after 12:00 Noon will be count as received on the following business day.
Small Prints (up to 12×12) : 1 Day
Large Prints (16×16 to 30×40) : 2 Days
Mounting : + 1 Day
Texture : + 1 Day
Spray : + 1 Day
Gallery Wraps & Stretcher Frames : + 1 Day
Press Products : 3 Days
RUSH SERVICE
Occasionally, you may need to take advantage of our Rush Service. The availability of Rush Service will depend on the season and current production schedules. Please call to verify Rush Services. Our customer service representatives can discuss your needs and determine which service will work for you. Prices are available upon request, but start at 50% of the original order price. There is a $15 minimum on all rush orders.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change with or without notice. Due to the necessary handling involved with each order, we maintain a $5.00 minimum on all orders.

ORDER CHANGES & REORDERS
If after you submit an order and you need to cancel or make changes to the order, please use this order change request form which is available 24 hours a day. You can find the order change request on the customer activities page of the NC TriColor website or by using the following link:

By using this form the information goes directly to the department that needs the information. Please do not leave order changes on the customer service voice mail as the order may get printed before we receive the change request.
STUDIO SAMPLES
NC TriColor is happy to help you promote your business by offering new products. To this end we offer a year round 20% discount on all prints for studio sample. Studio Samples are products intended to promote your business and are not intended for resale. To request a studio sample just place it in the special instructions of Digital Manager.
